How it runs
Rotating-partner round robin: you get a new partner every round and score for yourself, not your pair. One pool of 12 across 3 courts, 5 rounds, everyone plays every round (no byes). Games to 11, win by 2. The top 8 records advance to a single-elimination bracket: quarters, semis, then a final, each a single game to 15. Standings are ranked by wins, then head-to-head wins among the tied players, then point differential, then point differential in games between the tied players, then point differential against the players just above, then points scored.
Shown with games to 11.
12 players has an exact schedule: everyone plays, no alternates.
