The top 4 records advance and the organizer pairs them into two teams for one championship game to 15, win by 2: by default 1st and 4th against 2nd and 3rd. If the organizer turns on the captain-pick final, the leader picks a partner instead and the other two pair up. Standings are ranked by wins, then head-to-head wins among the tied players, then point differential, then point differential in games between the tied players, then point differential against the players just above, then points scored.
