Rotating partner

Rotating partner, 10 players (2 pools, gold + bronze)

10 players · 2 courts · plays in stages

How it runs

Rotating-partner round robin: you get a new partner every round and score for yourself, not your pair. Two reviewed pools of 5 play five rounds on 2 courts. Everyone plays four round-robin games to 11, win by 2, partners every pool-mate once and rests one round. Individual standings stay within each pool. Gold: A1 + B2 against B1 + A2. Bronze: A3 + B4 against B3 + A4. Both medal games are to 15, win by 2; fifth in each pool finishes after the round robin. Standings are ranked by wins, then head-to-head wins among the tied players, then point differential, then point differential in games between the tied players, then point differential against the players just above, then points scored.

10 players has an exact schedule: everyone plays, no alternates.
